What are the textures of a community? How are they perceived by each one of us and how can they be expressed? I invited several hundred commuity members of all ages to participate in a guided visual exploration of surface textures in their neighbourhood. These captured textures form the mosaic of the artwork, a textural map of patterned on an aerial photo of the neighbourhood. |
